At The Pawsome Ball™, we stand by the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help!

Eligibility for Returns

  • Manufacturing Defects: Our returns policy covers only manufacturing defects. This includes issues such as weak seams or significant structural flaws. We do not consider minor cosmetic imperfections, such as light tooth marks, as defects, as these are normal with regular play.
  • Intended Use: Please note that The Pawsome Ball™ is designed for interactive play, not as a chew toy. If the product shows signs of being used as a chew toy, it will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Returns Process

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your product and be sure to include your order number. Provide a description of the issue, along with photos to help us assess the defect.
  • Assessment: Our team will review the provided information and determine whether the product meets our faulty item terms.
  • Resolution: If we determine the product has a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to either:
  • Replace the Product: Send you a new Pawsome Ball™, free of charge, or;
  • Issue a Refund: Provide a full refund of your purchase (please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your nominated refund payment method).
